RADIA can identify the IP address through which the computer or any other electronic device accesses the Internet and then the RADIA website. This is due to the way the internet works and aims to secure networks from malicious actions. For the same reason, this function collects information about

When you send us messages via a contact form

You can submit your message to RADIA via the contact form. For this purpose, you must provide your name and email address, so that we can contact you to respond to your message. We collect this data based on your request for a response via your message, in order to respond to you regarding a service or product supply contract for which you have requested information or ordered, or based on our legitimate interest in responding to messages of any kind that you send us.

If you choose to contact us using the contact form, none of the data you provide will be stored by this website or transferred/processed by anyone. Instead, the data will be entered into an email message and sent to us. The email content is encrypted before being sent over the internet to travel securely and is decrypted by our local computers and devices after it is received. We will retain your message in our email mailbox for six months from the last communication.

Automated decision-making

RIGHT OF ACCESS AND CORRECTION

To exercise your rights, as well as for any information regarding the processing of your personal data, you can submit a request to miltsakakis@gmai.com . We will handle your request confidentially, in accordance with the law.

We may need to ask you for your identification information before responding, in order to ensure that no one else is exercising your right.

As a rule, your request will be satisfied within one month of receipt, or if it is particularly complex, you will be informed at least within one month of the delay that the complexity of the request may entail.

The information and all related actions to respond to your requests are provided free of charge, unless they are excessive or repetitive.

Retention period of your personal data

Your personal data are retained only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, in accordance with the above distinctions.

Who may be recipients of your personal data?

Only authorized employees and executives of RADIA have access to the data, whenever necessary. We may need to provide controlled access to your data on a case-by-case basis to our partners who provide their services to us (such as website hosting providers, website management providers, IT support providers, providers of our website functions, etc.) if their services are necessary for our operation and your service. All our partners have signed a contract with us to protect your personal data and are committed not to disclose it to anyone else.
